Refund Policy
At Nesternal, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund policy. If you wish to return your item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item and once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that the item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that it was received. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. In the event that an item is defective or damaged, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
